Still Kickin' was originally formed in 1995 when Tommy Williams and Gordon Cantrell decided that it was time they started playing the kind of music they wanted to play.  We've been trying to figure out ever since what that was, so we just play a little of everything.

Rod Rodriguez joined the group in mid 1996, with a lot of persuasion from Gordon and Tommy.

The group has played in many of the local clubs in and around Bakersfield.  Many local organizations, such as the VFW, Moose Lodges, and Women's Clubs frequently have Still Kickin' as their entertainment.

There was a period of several years that the group went their own ways, but in early 2005, they came back together.  Ron Pierce joined the group at that time, and the combination of the talents of these four unique individuals has been causing legs to twitch and bodies to get out on the dance floor and boogie down ever since.
