Ron Pierce was born in good old Bakersfield, California.  He started playing music at such a young age that nobody seems to know exactly when or how.  One of the first songs his mother taught him on the guitar was "Under The Double Eagle".  (How many of us remember that?)

Ron runs heavy equipment when he's not playing music.  His talent as a musician and an operator are well known in the Bakersfield area.

Early in Ron's musical career, he played in a Latin band in Bakersfield.  His skills as a bass player have done nothing but improve over the years, and his playing is as smooth as glass.
